• You are a licensed veterinary professional, veterinary clinic, farm operator, pet owner, or otherwise authorized to purchase veterinary medicines and animal healthcare products in your jurisdiction.
• You are purchasing for legitimate animal healthcare, agricultural, or related professional purposes.
• You agree to comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations relating to the purchase, possession, and use of veterinary pharmaceuticals and animal supplies.
TVG reserves the right to verify professional credentials and refuse any order at its sole discretion.
We offer a range of veterinary medicines, supplements, feeds, and animal healthcare products from internationally recognized brands including Dechra, Troy Animal Healthcare, Kyron Labs, Equine America UK, Saracen Horse Feeds, and others.
• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product without prior notice.
• Product images and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance due to manufacturer updates.
• Certain products may be restricted to licensed veterinary professionals only and may require submission of valid credentials before fulfillment.
• TVG is not responsible for the misuse of any product purchased through our platform.
All prices listed on shop.thevet.group are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of order confirmation shall apply.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order via the available secure payment methods on our platform.
• We accept major credit and debit cards processed through Network International. All transactions are secured with 3D Secure authentication.
• TVG shall not be liable for any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or transaction fees imposed by your card issuer.
• In the event of a pricing error, TVG reserves the right to cancel the affected orders and issue a full refund.
Once you place an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation via email. This confirmation is an acknowledgment of receipt and does not constitute acceptance of your order.
• Order acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods and issue a dispatch confirmation.
• TVG reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including after confirmation, for reasons such as stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to meet eligibility requirements, or pricing errors.
• In the event of cancellation after payment, a full refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
TVG delivers within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, product availability, and logistics.
• Standard delivery within the UAE is typically fulfilled within 2 to 5 working days.
• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
• Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
• TVG is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to courier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance for cross-border orders.
• Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Failed delivery attempts may result in additional charges or return of the goods.
All content on shop.thevet.group, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, and brand assets, is the property of The Veterinary Group LLC or its respective brand partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission from TVG.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TVG shall not be liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from the use or inability to use our products or platform.
• Any adverse outcomes resulting from improper use, incorrect dosage, or non-compliance with product instructions.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account due to failure to safeguard your login credentials.
TVG's total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
TVG reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
